Everything went well. but I was under the impression, that because of the web site title, you were a local company. Very disappointed that our canvas is actually coming from BC and not Ottawa, since I usually try to deal with a local company if possible.
Richard B., | I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!
